Meta Blueprint Redesign and SEO

Role: Leader, Content, Customer-Centric Champion, Implementer

After an SEO-impacting decision, prior to my arrival, the Meta Blueprint site experienced an 80% reduction in site traffic. As a response, I made a reverse decision to migrate content back to our more SEO performant CMS vs the LMS. As part of that longer term effort, I was part of the Core Team to redesign the customer experience. My role and impact was to represent the customer-centric design approach. Using the Hero's Journey model, I provided the consulting agency with learning pathways to build the wireframes from.

Results: Phase 1 of Wireframes and SEO content strategy has been completed. 100% of the content migration has been completed. Early SEO/Reach results are showing 30-50% improvement from the changes.
